The Darling debuted in November with two distinct dining options: the speakeasy-style Library, and the grand Ballroom. They each claim their own floor at The Darling, and while the Ballroom is reservations-only, you can sometimes snag a free table or a spot at the bar in the Library without reservations (though you’re always welcome to call ahead).

Both the Library and the Ballroom boast a craft cocktail list that both impresses and surprises patrons. Try The Darling Buds of May, a blend of Flor de Cana 7 Rum, Damoiseau Rhum, passionfruit juice, apple cider, lemon, agave, and basil. In the Library, you can complement your cocktail with small plates such as crab cakes and chickpea frites or a larger dish like the beef short rib. The menu in the Ballroom is slightly smaller, but equally impressive.
