The Annual Chicago International Film Festival Returns Oct. 16

Chicago’s International Film festival has been instrumental in bringing culture and diversity into the community through art and film. Since 1964, the event has given people from all over the world the opportunity to experience cinema in a way that was not available more 50+years agoChicago’s International Film Festival was started by filmmaker and graphic artist Michael Kutza in an effort to empower storytellers across the globe, giving them a chance to share their voice and creativity with all of usThe event now showcases over 150 films from over 50 countries.  

On October 26th you will also have the chance to experience movies in unique and extraordinary way. Celebrate the 55th Chicago International Film Festival at AMC River E 21 Theaters. Tickets range in price from $8 to $20, with special event tickets ranging from $25 to $150. While at the festival, attendees can meet directors, producers, writers and cast members and ask questions about their favorite films. Don’t miss the chance to broaden your cinematic horizons.
